We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented individual to join our Member Services team. Must have excellent phone skills, strong math and computer skills, good problem solving skills, and the ability to work well with policy holders, agents and peers. Prior insurance experience is helpful. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administering our mortgage payment plan, answering phone calls and responding to correspondence, running insurance illustrations, and other member services duties.
