Loss of Sight/Limb Benefit

Members are eligible for a grant of $2,500 if they are involved in an accident resulting in the loss of a single limb or loss of sight in a single eye. A grant in the amount of $5,000 is available to a member involved in an accident resulting in the loss of multiple limbs or sight in both eyes.
